Manufacturing
I have over 10 years of experience as a developer, project manager, people and program manager in the global product life cycle of computers and peripherals for Dell Marketing, manufacturing, finance, manufacturing, SKU (stock keeping unit) management, and online sales. I managed multiple vendors over the years and had the additional opportunity to review manufacturing processes for quality delivery improvements. I can manage your product development from envisioning, manufacturing, sales, and financial accounting.

Healthcare
As a consultant, I managed the integration of new cloud services, new equipment implementations, and legacy data migrations. In each of these projects, multiple contracts, statements of work and vendors were involved to provide quality patient and hospital staff applications and equipment. I would provide the same detailed attention to your software, hardware, and process development as is expected to serve the patient and dedicated staff.

Texas State Agencies
As an employee with the Texas State Comptroller of Public Accounts and then as a consultant with the University of Texas System, the Texas Education Agency, and Texas Department of Transportation, I was fortunate to be able to provide a number of services ranging from Voice Over IP (VOIP) system implementations, network support, tax registration, procurement to highway safety improvements. As a program manager for the University of Texas System, I supported the enterprise management of UT System Chancellor's initiatives for academic and medical Institution projects in addition to special CIO projects. As a program manager I can oversee the various projects that would comprise your roadmap programs. As a consultant for the State agencies, I am familiar with the Framework processes required for all project work and be able to provide that expertise for your projects.

Non-Profits
I have had a long relationship as a past board member of the Global Austin International Visitor’s Program. This organization assists with State Department visitors to the United States for various educational and diplomatic tours. I most recently joined the Dream Come True non-profit organization, also as a Board Member and Development Chair, to help individual mentorships and educational training and life skills to lift them out of poverty in the Austin area. When I am able, I lend my skills to these and other non-profit organizations.
